about me
low tide in lake constance
I’ve spent my career exploring the hidden worlds inside cells, working as a biologist, cell biologist, and anatomist. My research focused on high-performance microscopy, especially live-cell imaging and computer-based analysis of subcellular structures.

Art has always been part of my life. I create photographs, sculptures, and paintings, often inspired by the patterns I see through the microscope. More recently, my love of technology has led me to computer-generated art, where science and creativity meet.
